Informing your collectors: a single sentence is enough: “Hold a phone to the reverse of the work to confirm it is mine.” Images for your own communications: what the phone shows · an X-Ray view of a seal.

Updating from the old app (installed before 13 October 2026)? The new ArtFirma app is a separate app and installs next to the old one. Open it, choose I already have my 12 words and type your words; it shows Registered as artist ✓ by itself. Then uninstall the old app. Seals and records you made stay valid; nothing on them changes.
Seals you have signed stay valid whatever happens. If the words are lost, no new works can be signed with this key; anyone who holds them can sign in your name, so keep them private. Already have words? Choose I already have my 12 words. Decide who will inherit them: heirs & estates.
artfirma-key=…) and put it where you entered:
on a website, a page artfirma (Shopify: Online Store → Pages → Add page); on a profile page, in its text,
visible without logging in.This is checked once: after “Registered” you can remove the line. Anyone checking your seals will see where your key was confirmed, on your website or your profile page. Only a website or a profile page can confirm a key, not a post or a comment.
A saved record never changes, because the seal carries its fingerprint. To correct one, save it under a new work number. Editions: one seal per print; to sign the next print with the same record, tap Sign seal again (or make a record per number if the number must be in it). Galleries sign with their own registered key, and the page then reads “Signed by Gallery on behalf of the artist”, so it is always clear who signed.
